EXERIENCE: Experience in Banarasidas Chandiwala was great, the institute campus is spacious and beautiful, hospitality of the staff and student were amazing as we have got the AC accommodation good food all the times and proper care taken to make each collegiate comfortable. They have around 7 kitchens, larder room, two banquet halls 10 classrooms, 2 reception one at each floor library 3 store rooms, staff cabin, ect. the institute also runs the institute of MBA & medical. Guest house is builded next to HM building. Talking about the competition the rules where only on the papers otherwise no rules being followed by organizers as there were no theme in any competition they didn’t give nay basket ingredient for competition as it was mentioned in booklet, in bar competition there were many other liquors provided than mentioned in rules and floral decoration half floral arrangement has been ask to prepared before competition. Judges who came for analysis and markings even they are not guided the rules for how to divide marks, no waste control in kitchen as wastage was 60 % of the production no judge went in kitchen to see how students are performing and how clean there tables are, wastage was too much, more attention is given to artificial decoration then the dish presentation. Marks are on the other presentation basis, the competition was running without any standards.   We found many places host college did partiality, the best example was Quiz competition they have give easiest round of questions for their team in rapid fire where in final our team was doing good only last round made us to stay at third position. Two chances of bonus round where answered by host which should be passed to our college team. In price distribution third price for quiz which suppose to be give were deleted this time and only first and second prices were distributed.  Maximum participants are final year students, comparatively we went with the first semester and second year students. I this comparatively our student did good job in this first attempt.  AISSMS, Pune did the best job over all as they came first in all teams, and they visited this competition second time last year they didn’t got any price, this was our second attempt and we got one first price. Over all we got 4th rank amongst 30 institute which we should be proud of…cheers to TEAM AMRO.
