Mrs. Soni is the Director and the senior most Faculty member of our organisation. She has been with the organisation since its inception. She is a Graduate degree holder in Hotel managemnet and also has a M. Sc. with specialization in Zoology. Her area of expertise is in Paracitology.
Ms. Soni is armed with a B.A. degree with distinction in Psychology and Functional English, a Certificate course in French, three years working experience as a freelance writer with a reputed Nashik newspaper supplement, and strong communication skills. She is not only the French instructor at Amro, but also an in-house counsellor and friend to our students. She has also done her Masters in Personnel Management and multiple certificate courses, thus she takes care of some of Management related courses such as HR, Supervision and Leadership. She has also cleared NET exam.
Ever since she joined in 2007, she guides students who are having trouble with their studies, language coping problems, and even those who just need someone to talk to.
Having completed his B.Sc. HS from Pune University while working part-time in the hospitality industry, followed by M. Sc. in Hospitality and Tourism Management and PhD in Human Resources. He has a long list of certificate and specialization under his mantle. He has a permanent approval by Pune University as Assistant Professor as well as Principal I/C. Dr. Rohan brings both a strong base of theoretical knowledge coupled with varied experience from work in both the Front Office as well as F&B Service departments. This enables him to bridge the gap that is often found between the theoretical aspects of the syllabus and the actual needs and requirements of the industry, so as to shape better hospitality graduates. He has also completed the Bartending and Beverage Management twin certification, and now teaches the same course.
Among the most popular of the faculty since he started in 2010, he is well liked and respected for both his knowledge base as well as his uncanny ability to relate to the students.
Mr. Desai is a graduate in B.Sc. HS from Atharva College, Mumbai University (Batch of 2014). He has more than Three years of Industrial exposure mainly in the Accommodation field.
Mr. Desai is teaching Accommodations at AMRO since 2017 and loved by all students for his creative teaching methods.
Mr. Rasal is an alumnus of Amro having graduated in B.Sc. HS of Savitribai Phule Pune University (Batch of 2014). He has multiple years of experience in Food & Beverage working with hotels and wineries.
Mr. Rasal has been teaching at AMRO since 2017 and quite popular with the students and is lead admissions councellor.
Mr. Dixit has a double MBA, one in Marketing and the other one in Human Resources, along with several years of experience in teaching management subjects, making him the ideal candidate to shape the habits and thinking of future managers. Always ready to teach concepts in non-traditional methods, he is well known in the campus for bringing Management games, activities and case studies to supplement the regular teaching methodologies.
He is well liked by the students for his sense of humor and his ability to make difficult and complex concepts more relatable and easier to understand.
Mr. Joshi has done a Three years Diploma in Hotel Management followed by a degree in Hotel and Tourism Management. He joined Team Amro in 2018 after over 9 years of experience in F&B department & logistics in India as well as in Dubai and Muscat.
His passion for teaching F&B and Computers makes him an excellent team member at AMRO.
Mr. Kale was from the first batch of Amro Institute of Management under Pune University (Batch of 2010). He joins us with vast experience during the last 10 years at various establishments. He has expertise in Food & Beverage.
He initially joined Amro as a part time faculty but fell in love with the atmosphere and environment making him shift to a full time position in 2020.
Mr. Purohit is a BHMCT graduate of 2005 batch. He has received extensive training in bakery and confectionery. He was in UK from 2008 till 2012 at various bakeries. Prior to going to UK he has worked in Orchid Hotel, Mumbai in bakery section. Has his own bakery in Nashik.
Mr. Purohit teaches our students the bakery and confectionary courses as well as the practicals. He is a hands on man and an asset to team Amro.
