August 2nd 2001:

First anniversary of Amro. Amro is ONE YEAR old today. After a brief speech by the Chairman who also introduced the new batch of students at the Gathering in Montreal Hall of Hotel The Plaza. The event was followed by Lunch.


1 August 18th, 2001 

Picnic at Saputara. An appreciation for the students handling the ODC .Travelled by two cars Left at 10:30am and back at 8:00 pm . Did boating at the lake and went up on the hill top. Heated the pre cooked food and played games.

    
2 October 15, 2001 

Industrial Training ( 4 months Oct 15th till Feb 15th,2002) for second year students as follows :

    Amol, Rahul Mishra and Dheeraj Badhan at Bogmalo Beach Resort  GOA
    Rajdeep Datta at Taj Coromondal Chennai
    Paresh Junnare at Pride Executive , Pune
    Sarabjot Batra at Hotel Ambassador Mumbai
    Monica Kale at Hotel Taj Residency Nashik special concession given by the chairman
    for her for family reasons
    
3 March 29, 2002 

Field Trip to Sula Winery at Nashik. All the processing stages from crushing of grapes to bottling and labelling stage were shown  to the students and faculty members. A very Educative Trip. Time 11:30 am to 2:45 pm. Ecvery one was given an opportunity to do the wine tasting
    
4 April 12, 2002

 Visit to Dharkar's Industry - Manufacturers of Mango pulp, squashes, tomatoe ketchup at Nashik The students were shown the sorting activity of Tomatoes , crushing , pulping, cooking it on high pressure containers , stabilization of the empty bottles ready to be filled &  sealing procedure. Timings: from 9:30 am till 11:30 am
    
5 April 12, 2002 

Visit to Chings at Satpur Nashik, Manufacturer of all Chinese products such as Noodles , Chilli Sauces - Red, Green, Soya Sauce, Ginger Garlic Paste etc. The entire procedure  for making Noodles commercially was explained during the tourof the Industry right from Dough making cutting noodles according to shape ( flat , round) Steaming it in special containers , drying it weighing it and finally packing it.  Process of making Garlic Paste and different sauces.
